In my Training Part 2 feature on "Getting Ready for Top 100," I went over some of the classes that could have earned you training credits from "Scaling New Heights," "QuickBooks Connect Canada" and even the QuickBooks Roadshow in Australia, which recently kicked off for our friends Down Under.
But there still are plenty of opportunities to earn training hours this year for those attending "QuickBooks Connect" next month in Las Vegas.
On Dec. 7, the "Welcome to QuickBooks Connect 2022" will provide a glimpse of some new QB technology (it always has). Couple that with the QuickBooks Innovation Spotlight keynote providing the latest in product updates and future innovations from Intuit senior leadership and you have a good start on the conference and some Top 100 training credits.
Some might say that's not really training, but Insightful Accountant definitely will give you credit for the sessions—even if you don't earn CPE for them. Why? Because we consider them valuable to your QuickBooks education.
That's why both are listed in our Top 100 Application form(s) for 2023 when the time comes.
In addition, the following sessions already have been evaluated as training credit status toward Top 100 credentialing for 2023. That's not to say there will not be additional sessions from next month's "QuickBooks Connect" on our list this year. I simply have not had the opportunity to review every session description and determine how they fit into the scoring criteria.
So, if you haven't already made up your mind with respect to which session you are attending, this list might help, especially if you are contemplating making a run at Top 100 for 2023. [Note, some session titles have been shortened or abbreviated for purposes of simplicity.]

Because QuickBooks Connect (US) is attended by a large number of participants from outside the US, every ProAdvisor participating in one of these sessions will be eligible for the same training credits regardless of their specific Country/Region related criteria under Insightful Accountant's Top 100 program.
That means it is just as much a training credit opportunity for their status as an International ProAdvisor candidate as a Domestic ProAdvisor candidate.
Lastly, the question everyone has been eagerly awaiting, "Is Murph attending 'QuickBooks Connect' in Las Vegas?"
Drum roll please........
"YES!!!"
I am scheduled to be there and look forward to seeing everyone I have missed talking to in person the last several years."
