The Nomination Deadline for the Insightful Accountant 2023 ProAdvisor Awards Process is 11:59:59 p.m. (PST), March 1, 2023. Now is the time to get on the list of nominees for Top 100 ProAdvisor, the related ProAdvisor Categorical Awards, the new Up-n-Coming ProAdvisors and Top Up-n-Coming ProAdvisor, and the ProAdvisor of the Year for 2023.
A Challenge from Murph:
Aladdin had his magic carpet to take him to an enchanted land. Herbert George Wells wrote of a time machine to take him into the future to see the outcome of humanity.
Henry Ford built his Model T so people could quickly go from place to place. The Wright Brothers flew the first airplane that opened the dawn of aviation.
President John F. Kennedy challenged America to land a man on the moon first. And Captain James T. Kirk's mission in the Starship Enterprise was "to boldly go where no man has ever gone before."
Whether factual or fictional, each of these pioneering characters has one thing in common—“ambition to achieve a goal.”
How about you?
Do you have the ambition to achieve a goal?
Is your goal to make Insightful Accountant's new Up-n-Coming ProAdvisor list? Perhaps you want to land on the Top 100 ProAdvisors’ list for 2023?
Or maybe you just want to become the ‘2023 ProAdvisor of the Year’?
All of these are lofty goals, but they are only out of reach if you don’t try. They are all beyond reach of anyone who fails to step onto that magic carpet or refuses to climb into Wells’ time machine.
They are only lofty goals to those who say they'd rather not take a seat in that Model T or who refuse to fly in an airplane. Or the individual who doesn’t view himself as a space traveler. Or maybe it is the one who isn’t interested in going where no man has ever gone before.
I’m talking about the ones who aren't willing to take that first step into the Insightful Accountant ProAdvisor Awards' process. The ones who can’t see themselves reaching their goal, so they never start. They simply never fill out a self-nomination.
For that person, your goal is as far away as the enchanted land. For the one sitting there without nominating himself, it’s like the inventor who has built the great time machine only to send it whirling off through time without jumping on board. Why leave yourself behind to wonder what might have been?
People who doubt themselves and never fill out a nomination form are like scaredy cats sitting on the ground watching jets pass overhead on their way to far and exciting locations they’ve only read about.
I think one of the worst fates for those doubting their self-nomination potential would be like President Kennedy saying, “This space thing is no big deal, the Russians are already ahead of us, let’s not worry about it, the Moon is like pie in the sky.”
In short, refusing to nominate yourself is like Captain James T. Kirk saying, “I think we will just stick around here and watch the sunsets; we have nothing to achieve out there in the vastness of space.”
So what are you waiting for? If you currently are “certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor,” you already have shown you can fly.
Now, the only question is, “how high?”
It only takes a few minutes to complete a few questions to begin your journey to joining the "best of the best."
Why not begin your journey today?
You will find the Official Nomination Form Here.
I look forward to seeing your name on the list.
