Being named a Top 100 ProAdvisor for three years in a row (2023, 2024, and now 2025) has helped us grow both in visibility and in confidence. It’s opened the door to opportunities we wouldn’t have had otherwise: collaborations, speaking engagements, and new client relationships that came our way because of the credibility this award brings.
But beyond business growth, it’s also been a powerful reminder to keep pushing for excellence, to stay curious, and to continue building a firm that puts people first. Clients notice the difference, and I think that’s what keeps them coming back year after year.
Is there anything you would like to share about your 'home life'?
Outside of work, I’m a mom first. My daughter is in college now studying entrepreneurship, and she’s been the inspiration behind so many of the decisions I’ve made in my career. I wanted a business that gave me the flexibility to show up for her - not just financially, but physically and emotionally. That’s still my “why.” I also share my life with two lovable dachshunds.
Travel is a big part of my life and I’m always looking for ways to combine adventure with work in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. I want to break the mold that says accountants have to sit at the same desk every day to be able to work.
