Insightful Accountant asked, "how does the ProAdvisor Award fit into your firm's mission?", to which Lauren replied:
I started this company out of necessity, so my drive, dedication, and integrity play a huge role in our firm's success. Being acknowledged among Insightful Accountant's list of "beyond talented ProAdvisor's" is truly an honor.
We also asked Lauren if she had "been able to leverage her ProAdvisor Award to promote her firm?", she responded:
Our firm has grown organically mostly by word of mouth, and I'm just now getting around to getting our website set up. But, earning the award last year has certainly brought more attention by way of other ProAdvisor's reaching out, which has been wonderful!
Is there anything you would like to share about your 'home life'?
I'm a very proud single mom to the most amazing, resilient, brave 4-year-old boy. He's my inspiration and the reason LaLa exists. Being able to be present with him since he's been an infant is a true blessing. When I'm not at my desk we try to enjoy as much of the quaint town of Charleston, SC as possible! Though I was born and raised in Chicago, I've come to love the Charleston weather which is certainly a wonderful change.
