Voting Continues for the 2025 ProAdvisor Awards!
Voting for both the 2025 U.S. and International ProAdvisor Awards continues through 11:59:59 PM Pacific time on Monday, April 1, 2025*.
Over the last 10 days, more than 700** Ballots have been cast. The opportunity is NOW for you to vote for the U.S. and International ProAdvisors you feel best exemplify what it means "to be a 'ProAdvisor'."
The official rules, as well as both sets of ballot instructions, and the links to the official ballots are listed below.
Official Rules:
- Voters may cast only 1 (one) ballot per category (1 ballot for U.S. and 1 ballot for International); voting ballots per category (U.S. or International) are limited to one from any single email address and/or IP address.
- Ballots will also be reviewed based on voter information provided; duplicate ballots cast by the same individual will be disqualified from consideration.
- Voters may cast a single ballot for up to 3 (three) ProAdvisors from the combined list (covering all categories and awards) for the most qualified applicants the voter feels should be included in this year's list of recognized ProAdvisors.
- Ballots must be completed once started; they cannot be saved, and voters are not permitted to return to complete a ballot form.
- Incomplete ballots will be disqualified if any such ballot does not contain the required information and a selection of at least 1 (one) ProAdvisor from the list of qualified applicants.
- All ballots must be cast before the voting period closes on April 1, 2025, at 23:59:59 Pacific Time (unless otherwise published within Insightful Accountant).
- *-Only ProAdvisors submitting a 2025 Application and meeting the 'minimum qualifications' including authorized carry-over data from the applicant's 2024 application, appear on the ballot.
- The ProAdvisor Awards Process Administrator will adjudge all matters related to the official ballot or rules interpretation.
Voting for the U.S. ProAdvisor Awards
This is your opportunity to vote for candidates* you feel should be included in this year's U.S. ProAdvisor Awards, including the Top 100 ProAdvisors and the Top 25 Up-n-coming ProAdvisors.
You may cast a single ballot* for up to 3 (three) ProAdvisor candidates to be recognized for this year's U.S. ProAdvisor Awards at the Official Ballot below; however, the Ballot link (below) will NOT be active at the time this article is initially published, but it will become active at the start of the voting period.
Your ballot must be completed once started; incomplete ballots can not be saved, and voters can not return to finalize a previously started ballot. All required information must be completed in order for your ballot to count, incomplete ballots will be disqualified.
Voting begins at 12:01 AM Eastern, Saturday, March 1, 2025.

Your ballot must be completed once started; incomplete ballots can not be saved, and voters can not return to finalize a previously started ballot. All required information must be completed in order for your ballot to count, incomplete ballots will be disqualified.
