My name is Michael, I work for Dext ,and we are a suite of products .By the way, I'm a new partner consultant, so I have brand new partners.People are looking into the platform trying to figure out if this is a good match for them.It's going to save them time and work well. What we do with Dext is we have three different platforms and the end goal is always to help accounts save time.
With Dext prepare, we do that in a very easy way of collecting information, collecting source documents, receipts invoices, bank statements, extracting as much as possible information there and then putting that over into the general ledger. Gary, I know your next question is to be what general ledger for Dex prepare? That's QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero and saves and says 50 as well. Dext commerce is very specific for ecommerce clients.
We're going to connect your Amazon, your Etsy, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Square, all the information that standardizes that make sure the taxes that cost everything are good. And we're going to pull that right into your general ledger account. This one connects with QBO text precision. Our newest part of the family is going to read what's already in your general ledger.
So let's say the equipment liner is Xero. It's going to help you find any missing information, any sort of duplicates, anything that needs to be fixed, give you a good quote and help you with your workflow process and advisory.
ProAdvisors are really welcome with us. We actually have specific discounts for them. So it's been a long standing tradition that we have a lot of ProAdvisors or partners, so we really take care of them, especially when we onboard brand new ones too.
What's in it for the client is a very easy user interface. That's the way they want to submit their invoice and receipts. They don't want to bring up shoe boxes anymore. They don't want to fill up your email boxes. It's just life made easy so you can take care of what you do best.
The next step, the account, the bookkeeping, accounts bookkeepers on average, and I'm talking average here because some clients do save a lot more time. And on average we're saving 50% per week. So an hour per week for clients.If there's a lot of back and forth with the invoice and receiving questions, which we can do in app and you're even saving more time, but I would say an hour per week replying, it's probably the average.
