Hi my name is Nita. I'm a co-founder of LiveFlow. LiveFlow allows you to customize QuickBooks Reports in Google Sheets. So the way it works, you connect your QuickBooks clients to Google Sheet and you can manipulate the data any ways possible. You can start from an example that we have.
We have a library of roughly 80 templates where you can start with a pre-built budget versus eggshells, consolidated and other dashboards, Or you can start from scratch and tailor it to any industry that you serve. Well, the best way to get the ball rolling is just to think about the client that actually needs to see live data or the clients where you spend a lot of time.
So basically, you just connect your QuickBooks account to Google Sheets. customize the report, push the button, and these reports will be updated at all. So this is for more complex use cases where there is some added value on top of standard QuickBooks reports. So typically we work with mid-sized or bigger accounting firms.
They start at least 10 companies connected because that's where it makes sense to automate. They also want to save their time as mentioned. It's really, really important for them just to be efficient and skill the firm because on average they save two working days a month per one manager that works with different clients.
