The big guys were present and accounted for (no pun intended) on Fortune Magazine's 20th anniversary "100 Best Companies to Work" listing.
Among the companies listed were KPMG (No. 12), Intuit (No. 13), PwC (No. 23), EY (No. 29), Plante Moran, (No. 51), Deloitte (No. 64) and Accenture (No. 88).
In case you're wondering, Google topped the list at No. 1 for the eighth time in 11 years. It was followed by Wegmans Food Markets and The Boston Consulting. There were five newcomers to the list, Pinnacle Financial Partners, SAP America, Delta Air Lines, Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare and AT&T.
To compile the rankings, Fortune partnered with Great Place to Work to oversee feedback from more than 230,000 workers. Survey takers anonymously rated their workplace on factors including leadership, work/life balance, and their fellow peers. Great Place to Work also graded a Culture Audit management questionnaire for each company, which weighed factors such as compensation, benefits, training and diversity initiatives.
The Top 10 included:
- Wegmans Food Markets
- The Boston Consulting Group
- Baird
- Edward Jones
- Genentech
- Ultimate Software
- Salesforce
- Acuity
- Quicken Loans
