AdvancePro Announces Release of Version 11.16

AdvancePro Technologies has announced the release of their Version 11.16.07 update to their AdvancePro Inventory Management software. AdvancePro Technologies considers this a 'critical update' to their software because Version 11.16.07 includes mandatory security enhancements enforced by Authorize.net for passing data between AdvancePro and Authorize.net servers. 

In addition to the critical aspects of this update, some of the highlights of the update that incorporate new, enhanced, updated or expanded capabilities to AdvancePro include, but are not limited to:

  • A new ShipEngine Integration that enables multi-carrier comparisons and easy label printing, saving AdvancePro Users time and money.
  • Attach documents directly to AdvancePro transactions including the addition of PDFs, Images, Excel files and more directly to Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoice and Bills.
  • Improvements have been made to buying, selling and reporting in various units of measure to give AdvancePro Users greater flexibility and functionality.
  • A new pack-out features allows AdvancePro Users to break down orders into specified packages. This allows them to be integrated with systems to create UCC128 Labels in a snap.
  • Users can now pull the outstanding balance of any customers account directly from QuickBooks. And with the new AdvancePro Credit Limit field, Users will instantly know if they can extend credit to a customer.
  • Any previous Sales or Purchase Orders can now be replicated with a click of a button.
  • The quoting system in AdvancePro has been streamlined, Users can easily switch between a Quote and a Sales Order and back as needed.
  • An Export Pick/Pack/Ship Box Breakdown Reference has been added to EDI in the warehouse.
