ARCollect gives you all of the A/R collection tools you need, and it works seamlessly with either QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. The app, designed for daily use by your own in-house collections team, is intuitive and requires little or no training.
It also provides management with visibility into cash flow because it is outcomes-based, making it easy to keep track of collection activities until getting paid.

With ARCollect, you can email payment reminders and statements with maximum flexibility. And ARCollect lets you combine multiple invoices into a single payment reminder. Moreover, with its fully integrated Customer portal, you can get paid for those invoices with a single click. Plus, ARCollect never adds any payment fees for processing.

The app gives you lots of customizable options to manage your AR. For example, you can categorize and filter your customers by assigning them to color-coded categories. All your customer notes are on the AR Summary page; it’s like having a CRM for your Accounts Receivable.
With a single click, you can view their entire history and responses and categorize reasons for non-payment. That makes it easier than ever to take follow-up action when a customer fails to make a payment after promising to pay.

ARCollect offers 10 customizable email templates with automated fields that allows your customers to know everything they need to know. You can link them to categories, and then associate those categories to the specific templates you want to be used for those customers.
ARCollect even offers accurate cash flow forecasting based on actual promises to pay from your customers.
When using ARCollect with QBO, it takes two clicks to connect. Once you have connected via the familiar Intuit QBO App Center OAuth-2 process, your data will securely sync between the two applications in real-time.
See the ARCollect landing page at the Intuit QuickBooks Online App Store for more information.
ARCollect uses the QuickBooks Web Connector to integrate with QuickBooks Desktop. The Web Connector application is already installed as a part of QuickBooks; it simply requires a small file to be downloaded from ARCollect to make it possible to securely exchange information between the two applications.
If you happen to be running QuickBooks Desktop in hosted mode using Right Networks, do not worry, ARCollect works perfectly within their environment. The same is true for many other "Intuit approved" hosting companies.
