Integration with QuickBooks Online

Biller Genie is an approved App that can be found within the Intuit QuickBooks App Center, and they connect with QuickBooks Online users simply by inputting their QuickBooks Online username and password and following the standard OAuth method of connection meeting the security requirements Intuit has prescribed.

Upon initial connection QuickBooks exchanges Customer information with Biller Genie. Create an invoice normally in QuickBooks and Biller Genie will do the rest, as  payments are received, Biller Genie will automatically update the payment in QuickBooks, send a receipt, and mark the invoice as paid.

Integration with QuickBooks Desktop

Biller Genie connects to QuickBooks Desktop through QuickBooks WebConnector.  Simply download the WebConnector file directly from the integrations menu in Biller Genie and add in WebConnector to sync your data online.  WebConnector will sync your data on preset intervals to ensure your data is always current.  This YouTube video cover the QuickBooks Desktop Integration in detail.
