TSheets by QuickBooks is one of our favorite Apps, and we try to keep you, our readers aware of interesting developments or changes at TSheets that may benefit you or your clients, so we wanted to point out some interesting news.
First Month Free for New Referrals through July 31 (2019) - TSheets by QuickBooks is offering something they call 'Summer Love' allowing you to 'share the love with yoru clients'. TSheets by QuickBooks is now offering 'Geofencing' - you might be wondering "What the heck is 'geofencing'?" Geofencing is virtual geographic boundaries established using either GPS or RFID technology that enable software to trigger a response when a mobile device enters or leaves the particular geographic boundary. There are many applications for 'geofencing' it has been used in product/inventory security (via primarily RFID) for years.. that's what set's off the alarm at the front of the store when someone attempts to take an item with an 'active RFID tag' through the RFID sensor establishing the front door as the 'geoboundary'.
With Geofencing installed on a company's TSheets by QuickBooks account, an employee will be reminded on their TSheets App to either clock-in or clock-out as soon as they cross the geoboundary surrounding their designated worksite. The result is that time card errors are greatly reduced allowing payroll reviews to be accomplished much quicker, and payroll processing to be accomplished much faster. Streamlined TSheetsPro Certfiication being Offered - you can become a TSheets Pro in an hour (or less) simply by completing the TSheets Fundamentals Course and Certification. This training is designed to provide you with the expertise you need to be confident in not only recommending TSheets by QuickBooks, but in helping your Client getting signed-up and going. If you are not already a TSheetsPro, and TSheets is the right fit for you, then you will want to make certain that it is the right fit for all of your clients too.
