Intuit is changing to name of 'QuickBooks Connect' to 'Intuit Connect' in order to emphasize the inter-relationships of the various Intuit products ranging from Mailchimp to TurboTax as well as QuickBooks, of course.
This year's event will take place once again at the Aria Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas. It will be held October 28 through 30th.
Members of the QuickBooks Accountant and ProAdvisor community should begin receiving an email regarding the opening of Registration for the event very soon. In fact, you might have gotten your own email by the time you read this announcement within Insightful Accountant.
"The change of the event from QuickBooks Connect to Intuit Connect represents more than just a name change...", said Ted Callahan, Leader of the Accountant segment at Intuit, "it marks a new journey that brings the power of the Intuit platform to life for you and your firm. Discover the connected set of QuickBooks tools and services—including accounting, payroll, payments, and workforce, as well as access to capital and Mailchimp marketing solutions—all in one place."
What’s not changing is Intuit's focus on educating, inspiring, and connecting with their #1 priority partner: 'accountants.'
The event promises to unveil new experiences, have more focused content on what matters most to growing and mid-market businesses, and provide impactful networking opportunities to learn from one another.
Intuit Connect will continue to bring together thousands of influential, forward-thinking accounting firms who are focused on serving growing businesses, particularly mid-market companies who are taking their businesses to the next level.
