How to Use Color Schemes in QuickBooks Desktop
Hi, this is Esther Friedberg Karp and we're talking about color schemes in QuickBooks Desktop.
As many longtime desktop users know, this is what a new company generally looks like with the default Navy blue color scheme, and that's great. But oftentimes if you're an accounting professional and you've got multiple desktop companies to work with, that can get confusing if you're not paying attention exactly to the name and the title bar, or if you're an end-user client that has multiple companies and you can accidentally work in the wrong company. It happens all the time. So the best thing to do is to create a color scheme for each company to differentiate it from other companies.
