Here's a tip from National Advisor Network (NAN) member, Mary Margaret Poster of Compass Accounting Solutions, on making a client inactive in QBOA. This was pulled from the daily summary of the Network's member forum. If you are not familiar with NAN or the forum, you should be. Check out the network at www.woodard.com.
A Member Posted: My account was recently upgraded to the new QBOA. I have a bunch of clients that I have set up over the years but do not have any daily interaction with. I can not seem to find a way to get all this noise off my dashboard. Does anyone know of a way to make these clients inactive?
Solution: I do! Just cleaned up my own dashboard recently, after calling support. Click the hyperlink of each client you deem inactive, one at a time. When you get to the next screen, click the down arrow on blue New Request button to the right. You will have a choice to Edit or Make Inactive.
Why is it hidden here? No idea. Not intuitive
Good news - it will edit your list!
