Gaining Placement on the "Find a ProAdvisor" Website
-
Placement on the Find a ProAdvisor website is first and foremost driven by QuickBooks Certification coupled with Active Membership in the ProAdvisor Program.
You must be ‘certified’ in order for your ProAdvisor Profile to appear on the Find a ProAdvisor website. At present anyone certified in QuickBooks 2010 or more recent, will appear on the list so long as they maintain their status as an "active member" of the ProAdvisor Program.
Please note, I did not say that you must maintain ‘active (or hold the most current) certification’.

Debunking the myth-Fact or Fiction: “Only certified ProAdvisors appear on the FAP website.”
- FACT - if you been certified as of 2010, or since, and you are an "active member" of the ProAdvisor Program, your profile will appear on the Find a ProAdvisor website.

Debunking the myth-Fact or Fiction: “People who are not even ProAdvisors appear on the FAP website.”
- FICTION – you must be an "active member" of the ProAdvisor Program (paid or non-paid) and you must have attained a “ProAdvisor” certification (QB-desktop or QB-online) that is at least 2010, or more newer, even if you do not hold any ‘current’ certification(s), in order for your profile to appear on the Find a ProAdvisor website.
